All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or there are unexpected delays, your order may take longer to process. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and the destination of the package.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the destination address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, and these will be communicated on our website or during checkout.

4. International Shipping

At this time, BubsyGlownie only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options and will update this policy if we begin offering international deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Military APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@bubsyglownie.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in the best condition possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please provide us with photos of the damage along with your order number so we can process a return or exchange as needed.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@bubsyglownie.com, and we will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped.

9. Return Shipping
