1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Used or Worn Items: Any items that show signs of use or wear cannot be returned, including those without the original packaging or tags.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return address. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please note:

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges at this time.

7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any return requests made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
